BLOOD DRIVE SCHEDULED FOR MAY 10th
Everett High School is planning to host a blood drive on Tuesday, May 10th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the gymnasium. Student-interns enrolled in the EHS Science Pathway will help coordinate the drive in partnership with the American Red Cross (ARC). In addition to typical (and greatly appreciated) donations, the ARC is searching for Power Red donors, who must meet specific requirements.

PATHWAY TO ESL LICENSURE
The EPS is pleased to continue its partnership with Bridgewater State University to offer educators the chance to earn a graduate certificate in ESL. The EPS has negotiated a greatly reduced cost for our teachers, which the district is further subsidizing by 50%. The 12-credit program is 100% online and it includes an MTEL prep class and an MTEL voucher.

HELP GIVE US AN EDGE
The Everett Public Schools is seeking educators and building leaders to help us review the English Learners Curriculum Review Process. EL teachers and Principals and Assistant Principals who utilize and/or have experience with Edge are encouraged to join this effort. Participants will attend two one-hour meetings and complete at least 10 hours of asynchronous work via Canvas.
