AFTERSCHOOL AT THE FOREFRONT
As part of its efforts to develop more afterschool programming for students in elementary and middle school, the EPS is seeking talented educators and staff members to help us launch two initiatives. The first are sessions for athletic skills and drills, while the second is a theater arts program for students in grades 6-8. Please review these opportunities and consider sharing your passions with our students.

CURRICULUM REVIEW ... TIMES TWO
The EPS is seeking educators to join the K-5 Math Curriculum Review Team, which will conduct a thorough assessment of the district’s current math curriculum, EveryDay Math. Click HERE for complete details.
Similarly, the EPS is looking for teachers to join its ELA/ESL review team, which will assess the curriculum, Reach and Reach for Reading. Click HERE for complete details about this opportunity.
Participants will receive up to 15 Professional Development Points.
APRIL ACCELERATION ACADEMY
The EPS is seeking educators to plan and deliver academic instruction to students during our 4-day April Acceleration Academy. Teachers will work with principals, assistant principals, and academic directors to recruit students and execute Acceleration Academy goals set by DESE and the district.

LEARN WITH ROLA
The EPS is pleased to offer another free and convenient language class from ROLA. An eight-week Introductory to Spanish course will begin on Monday, March 28th at Everett High School. SUCCESS STORY
The EPS is forming an K-5 Intervention Success Team to support Central Administration and school leaders to develop school specific, targeted and robust intervention criteria and processes for Literacy and Math.
We are seeking master teachers who are experts in analyzing formative assessment data, including, but not limited to, DIBELs, ACCESS for ELs, MCAS and i-Ready. We are also looking for creative problem solvers to maximize WIN (What.I.Need) blocks in buildings and build our repertoire of formative assessments to include additional indicators of success for all students into our data cycles.

The ESL Department is proud to promote two exciting opportunities being offered by Latinos for Education. The Latinx Teachers' Fellowship and the Aspiring Latinx Leaders Fellowship count for 11 hours of district PD for educators and school leaders who identify as Latino/a/x.
