THE EPS COMMUNITY
SUPPORTING THE DEVENS SCHOOL
A reminder to staff that we will hold a Jeans Day Fundraiser for the Devens School on Friday, January 7, 2022. Please make your $5 contribution to your building’s Administrative Assistant. All final donations should be forward to the Devens School team, who will use the funds to purchase items for its School Store.
A CIVIC DUTY
The EPS is forming an iCivics Team to complete the curriculum guide for the district’s Civics curriculum. Members will participate in civics professional development, align curriculum with Civics Standards and objectives, and create language objectives for all units, summative projects, and writing assignments. In addition, the team will collect uniform and dynamic teacher resources. The team will prioritize a curriculum guide that makes critical thinking through the content of Civics accessible to all learners.
