Paraprofessional Pathways

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting paraprofessionals who want to become teachers, the EPS has developed this BROCHURE that outlines the programs and partnerships we have with area colleges and universities.

These include a two-year associate's degree program at Bunker Hill Community College and a bachelor’s program offered by Endicott College. If you are interested in either of these opportunities, use
THIS LINK to sign up for upcoming information sessions.

Help Build a Robust CSMHS

The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Department is forming a team to help build a Comprehensive School Mental Health System (CSMHS). The group will be made up of master educators, counselors, and administrators who have a demonstrated interest in Social and Emotional Learning, youth mental health and analyzing assessment data. As an objective of this teams’ work, we are seeking creative problem solvers who can review and select mental health screening tools  with progress measures and develop protocols for school-teams to examine and respond to student mental health data.

Comprehensive School Mental Health System (CSMHS ) is defined as “school-district-community-family partnerships that provide a continuum of evidence-based mental health services to support students, families and the school community.”
