Opening the Doors to Our Classrooms
School Committee Members Tour EPS Schools
Thanks to the principals, assistant principals, and teachers who welcomed first-year School Committee members into their schools and classrooms earlier this month. Above, from left: Lafayette School Principal Dave Brady, School Committee members Samantha Hurley, Joseph D’Onofrio, and Robin Babcock, Superintendent Hart, School Committee member Margaret Cornelio, and math interventionist Jeanna Doyle.

Below: The School Committee members gather around Adams School Head Teacher Laurie Stokes, who led a building tour and discussed the various components of the district’s pre-kindergarten programming. Pictured at left is Adams School security guard Reggie Joseph, an invaluable member of the school staff who never fails to go above and beyond — whether it’s helping communicate with families in Haitian Creole or offering his help to Ms. Stokes and Adams School teachers.
