Important Notice Regarding Zoom Storage
In response to Zoom navigating away from its Covid-19 storage allowances, the Everett Public Schools must reduce the size of its library of stored historic Zoom meetings so that the district can continue to record and store essential meetings moving forward.
Instructions on how to download or delete Zoom recordings, as well as how to save them to Google Drive, can be found HERE.
You can retain videos even if you were not the host.
The cutoff date for this request is Friday February 2, 2024, which should allow for sufficient time to process this request.

Virtual Session: Navigating Self-Care for Educators
The 5DP will offer the virtual session, “Navigating Self-Care for Educators,” on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. via Zoom. The original presentation, scheduled as part of the shared professional development day last November, was interrupted by technical difficulties.
The session, presented by Joanne Camillo, will explore social emotional health for educators and their students. Participants will engage in activities that build resilience and emotional health and develop and discuss ways to strengthen social-emotional learning in the classroom.
This session has space for up to 60 participants.
