2024 Culinary Arts Senior Luncheon
The Everett High School Culinary Arts Department recognized the 11 graduating members of the program on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, inside the Crimson Cafe. Culinary Department Head Carolynn Parmenter and chefs Richard Marino and Corey Bourassa introduced the seniors and talked about their time as valued members of the Culinary Arts team. In addition, students Izabela Araujo, Ritchelmia Auguste Pietra Bertolazzi, Arlo Connell, and Cindy Emile delivered Capstone Presentations in which they discussed the highlights of their journey through the Culinary Arts curriculum — from recipes they executed to competitions they entered to certifications they earned.
Of course, it would not be a Culinary event without lunch. In this case, the students and their families were treated to a Cinco de Mayo-inspired menu including enchiladas and tres leche cake.
