All transcripts must be submitted electronically, using this form.

The Office of Human Resources will no longer accept hard copies of transcripts.
Transcripts should not be or mailed or dropped off to the administration offices on Vine Street.

Screen shots of transcripts will not be accepted.

Employees who qualify for salary increments pursuant to their individual contracts must fill out this form and upload the necessary transcripts by August 31, 2024 to receive the salary increase for the 2024-2025 school year.
