Coronavirus Update from HR and the
District's Employee Assistance Program

March 23, 2020
Good afternoon,
I hope you and your loved ones are doing well.  I wanted to share some information during these stressful times.

With the latest development of further closures mandated by Governor Baker, it is increasingly important to be mindful of our own self-care. I will be updating both the website as well as sending emails to remind us all that we are all in this together and we are here to offer support.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

• The Daily Break - Live stretch breaks (15 min) and meditation sessions (10 min) offered Monday-Friday. Register

The global COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event for most of us. As it unfolds through the spring, our collective stress and anxiety will increase. If your personal worry becomes disruptive, please remember KGA’s experienced counselors are available 24/7 and can provide confidential virtual counseling via phone, video or live chat.
