GBL Track Championships

Everett High School senior captains Kayshaun Eveillard and Lucas Nunez won Greater Boston League (GBL) Championships on Monday, May 11, 2026, at Harry Dello Russo Stadium in Revere.

 

Kayshaun was a double champion in the 200 and 400, breaking records in the process: His time of 49.37 snapped his own school record in the 400 while his time of 22.62 in the 200 sets a new Crimson Tide record held by his teammate, Kervens Joseph. 

 

Lucas was the GBL’s top performer in the 800, capping a sensational indoor and outdoor season for the talented senior. 

 

Other Crimson Tide medalists included Christopher Roberts and Casey Martinez, who finished third in the javelin; Graziella Foster finished second in the discus; the boys 4-by-100 relay team sprinted to a second-place finish; and the girls  4-by-100 relay team finished third; and Josephs crossed the finish line third in the 200.

Joseph: 4th place, 100-meter dash

Senior captain Akanksha Neupane: 6th place, mile 

Sophomore Shashi Pokhrel: 5th place, 2-mile 

Sophomore Nathalia Dos Santos: 6th place, 2-mile

Senior captain Jeremy Whitlow: 6th place, 2-mile

Junior Amina Mekic: 6th place, 400-meter hurdles

Senior Ian Herrera: 4th place, 400-meter hurdles

Boys 4x4 Relay:  6th place 

Girls’ 4x8 Relay: 6th place

Boys’ 4x8 Relay: 4th place 

Junior captain Graziella Foster: 4th place, shot put

Senior captain Gaetano Foster: 6th place, shot put 

Sophomore Elora Phillip: 6th place, long jump

Sophomore Faith Dunbar: 4th place, triple jump
