All transcripts must be official indicating grade and credit total and must be submitted electronically, using this form.
If a degree was conferred, the transcript should indicate the degree awarded and date.
The Office of Human Resources will no longer accept hard copies of transcripts.
Transcripts should not be or mailed or dropped off to the administration offices on Vine Street.
Screenshots of transcripts will not be accepted.
All courses for salary increases must of been submitted for preapproval prior to starting the course.
Employees who qualify for salary increments pursuant to their individual contracts must fill out this form and upload the necessary transcripts on or before September 1, 2025 to receive the salary increase for the 2025-2026 school year.
