Emergency Services and Mobile Crisis Intervention
Dedicated to providing prompt assistance in a behavioral health crisis to adults, children and families — seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Monday, December 23: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Every texter is connected with a Crisis Counselor, a real-life human being trained to bring texters from a hot moment to a cool calm through active listening and collaborative problem solving. Parental Stress Line Parents or guardians with problems relating to their children do not hesitate to call us. Trained volunteer counselors offer a way to relieve stress in an environment which is non-judgmental along with being sympathetic. If you need help with any if these services, just dial 2-1-1 from any phone in Massachusetts to speak with a friendly information and referral specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Translation services are available in more than 140 languages.
