Tech Goes Home

On Wednesday, June 16, twenty-two Everett Public Schools (EPS) parents and guardians received a certificate of completion and a Chromebook for completing a technology class from organization Tech Goes Home — or TGH.

Participants learned several essential basics, things that are designed to build confidence in using technology on the most fundamental levels. Topics included internet basics, email management, intro to Google Suite, navigating Google Classroom, and saving attaching documents and PDFs. These skills are helpful in a number of ways, from pursuing employment to connecting with your student’s education.

Thanks to everyone who made this graduation ceremony such a huge success, including our maintenance department for creating the fantastic outdoor setting at EHS and our Family Liaisons for leading our first graduating class and our school administrators for supporting these classes and their families in this effort.
