A huge Thank You to Everett Public Schools (EPS) teachers, administrators, and staff for planning, attending, and participating in two days of professional development (PD) on Monday, August 26, and Tuesday, August 27, in advance of the start of the 2024-2025 school year. The week started with a Convocation inside the Everett High School Auditorium, featuring addresses by Superintendent William Hart and a keynote address by Dr. Kristen Lee on "Building Resilience." Faculty took part in building-based and content-specific PD on Monday afternoon and Tuesday. Included in Tuesday's schedule were raffles featuring prizes such as electric pencil sharpeners, a laminators and laminating sheets, and AirPods.
