A K9 Lesson for Grade 3

A special thank you to Everett Police K9 Officers Rizza and Dinuccio for bringing their talented and enthusiastic partners, Jugo and Mary, to the Parlin School on Wednesday, May 29. The officers talked to third graders about their training and the functions and responsibilities of K9 Units, while Jugo and Mary happily demonstrated how they assist law enforcement officials. The program was another shining example of how the City of Everett and the Everett Public Schools continually find ways to partner on fun and educational programs for our students.
